Create Depth
-
Writing to Reveal is the foundation of my approach to exploring ‘… little-known and under-appreciated parts of ourselves.’ -Gillie Bolton
Writing can increase awareness, which can lead to choices and changes.
MY METHODS
-
WRITE WITH PURPOSE
Through guided exercises, together we can identify the themes and questions most meaningful to you. Writing with purpose allows you to explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences, uncovering insights that might otherwise remain hidden.
-
DISCOVER YOUR STORY
This step invites you to dig deeper into your narrative - examining patterns, reframing challenges, and identifying the strengths within your story. It’s about finding the connections between where you’ve been and where you want to go, enabling you to approach life with greater clarity and understanding.
-
TRANSFORM THROUGH PRACTICE
True growth comes with practice. We’ll focus on integrating the insights gained from your writing into your everyday life. Through regular writing and reflection, you’ll cultivate new habits, perspectives, and tools that empower you to live with authenticity and intention.
